Survivor Centered SV&SE Practice Intensive

This guided coaching and practice support experience for supervised visitation and safe exchange providers is designed to support SV&SE leaders and teams in strengthening survivor-centered, safety-focused, and relational practice across policies, communication, decision-making, and everyday program operations.

More than a traditional coaching series, this experience combines guided coaching conversations with individualized review, reflection, and practice-based support between sessions. Together, we work alongside your team to identify opportunities for growth, strengthen alignment with best practices, and support meaningful, sustainable shifts in practice.

Throughout the series, we explore:

  • How survivor safety shows up in daily practice
  • Where systems, routines, policies, or language may unintentionally create barriers or reinforce harm
  • Opportunities to strengthen relational and trauma-informed approaches
  • Aligning team practice with core guiding principles
  • Building relational, trauma-informed policies and procedures
  • Documentation practices that support safety, dignity, and role clarity
  • Communication approaches that strengthen trust, transparency, and accountability

The 6 session intensive may also include:

  • Program and community readiness assessments
  • Policy and practice review
  • Feedback on program materials and communication
  • Guided reflection activities
  • Strategic recommendations and implementation support
  • Between-session support and guidance

Designed for programs and leaders ready to deepen practice, strengthen organizational alignment, and create lasting changes in how safety and support are experienced by children, adult survivors, and families.
